A Possibility?

A Possibility?Todd owns ~84% of NCF and ~86% of the entire Sisson Project. Todd wants all of it. Possibly, at this time, Todd or it's surrogates are picking up as much of the cheap shares under US$0.055 on the OTC without sending prices much higher on Toronto X. Eventually they will start accumulating at higher prices on all exchanges. Then once they own ~90% of Sisson, they would make an offer for the remaining shares of NCF. Just a thought.
