Good comment. My take is that the TRP management really wants to sell the whole split idea and what a great companyt he new TRP is and will do whatever they can to make it look athat way. That's why I think they will break their normal divy increase cycle and do this next one a quarter early.

I guess we'll find out in a coupel weeks.

Do you think they will be early this time .... due to circumstances surrounding the reorganization?
