SAN MARTIN ( Tellurium ) Closest historical mine to Ivana is -------> San Martin If one envisions Ivana's outlier constraint and tack on SE drills it would literally
be aside San Martin historical mine.
What type of minerals are in San Martin ? - 8 types of copper
- 3 kinds of tungsten
Yet.... there's another very interesting mineral spoken of in, San Martin.
Researchgate unviels the mineral....
TELLURIUM Current spot price - $101 oer kg ( usd )
$101,000 oer tonne ( usd )
Table # 10 ( researchgate link )
HESS = hessite Ag, Te
CERV = cervellite Ag, Te
The San Martn Mine, province of Ro Negro
The San Martn mine is located in the
Northpatagonian Massif (14 in Fig. 1),
25 km NNE of the village of Valcheta.
The mineralization is located in a granitic
intrusion of 230 Ma and the veins are
structurally controlled.
First a felspar al-teration with quartz and
hbnerite crys-tallization occured, followed by
chalco-pyrite with grains of tetrahedrite, ksteri-
te and stannoidite, and galena with inclu-
sions of aikinite,
Ag-wittichenite associa-
ted to a new Bi-mineral under study
(Brodtkorb and Brodtkorb 1969). In the
upper part of the vein (Paar and Brod-
tkorb 1996) also some Cu-cervellete and
hessite grains occur within galena.
Cer-vellete occur as rounded grains up to 70
μm across, sometimes associated to hes-
site, wittichenite, chalcopyrite and spha-
lerite, whereas hessite are scarce and
show rounded grains up to 30 μm.
Link The above Researchgate intel is very interesting
While Mindat speaks of San Martin as a Tungsten mine.
Scan - commodity
https://zh.mindat.org/loc-69628.html Tungsten - $918.00 usd tonne
Tellurium - $101,000 usd tonne
Silver - $34.70 / oz usd
Ivana deposit tucks tight to the eaised elevation topography.
Very similar to San Martin and other nearby historical mines.
What unlocks more shareholder value ? 45 element assay reveal ( wink )
processing study - why was it saved for pfs
Salars and silts
revealing lower oxides at depth from Ivana ( closest to shallow hardrock )
Te, Ag, U, Pb, W, Cu Soft sands and silts from riversheds to salars eventually forming the basin whereas,
remnants of hardrock geology reveal their presence via ( vague elevated mounds )
Ivana - San Martin -------> Uranium Association ? 3 kinds of lead ( lead was once uranium )
Uranium decays to bismuth. ( recently read up on this )
BSK did mention in video wants to look for lead typology. ( pathfinder )
VP of Exploration mentioned mine Ivana and Brownfields at same time
= elludes to -----> they know of the nearby historical minerology
Focus on upper 2 images = SE extension drill holes outside resource
= these outlier holes would fringe San Martin
Now compare image #2 to #5 2012 map vs 2019
Ivana lower Block A was added ( outlier SE holes ) closest to San Martin
Cheers....
Who owns the 7 historical mines nearby ?
Did BSK ever own these historical mines.... do own these - or associate to BSK own these ?
Do older maps show a larger Ivana including the 7 historical mines ?
