In Cuthbert, it has a working interest of approximately 86%. Both Hearts Hill and Cuthbert assets have full infrastructure in place with facilities that can handle approximately 75,000-barrels of emulsion each. The Company's Pouce Coupe property is located in Alberta.

It's important not to misrepresent what was said in the enrcom presentation. The potenrial rollback in total number of shares was never, ever attributed to pursuing a "reverse split". Instead, he specifically stated their intent to initiate a share "buyback" program once production revenues and finances allow.

Obviously a future buyback program would be bullish for the share price unlike a reverse split.
