RE:RE:RE:RE:Pre Merger stock value diff between Signal and NexGWell at this point...after asking...nobody new is knocking on Signal's door to counter NexG....that may change as the weeks roll by...TBD...risky if you don't take the parallel move (dollarwise) which is on the table currently (plus the bonus if the share prices keep the current spread).
IMHO it is WAY better than floundering/diluting and HOPING FOR SOMETHING BETTER (bird in the hand)! Take it and move along and GET TO PRODUCTION ASAP...how long will you have to wait for something better (how much better) and how long will gold stay at these lofty levels...other considerations to ponder...TAKE THE DEAL AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO POURING BRICKS...WE WILL ALL BE LAUGHING WHEN THAT HAPPENS!

We should see the final drilling from Goldboro next week (those near vertical holes that were observed in the field). NexG also to report drilling from Goliath...so both deposits will continue to grow from here.
