The properties are indirectly held by Plaza through its subsidiaries and through joint arrangements. The Trust's portfolio consists of Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec.

think u can do well on capital appreciation at current values. plaza trading at massive nav gap (around $5.25 using 6.4% cap rates) and you can lock in a big yield. agree otherwise, it's mainly a distribution name, but that's why you enter when reits aer trading at historic discount gaps!
