What the hell is going on with TVI?!?!?

What the hell is going on with TVI?!?!?

13,000,000 shares at 0.005?!?!?

Isn't there any value to this stock at all?

The company is doing very well. It's profitable with its existing operating mines, and they're a showcase of sustainable operations with good safety records, good environmental protection, and great community relations with the locals.

So why is this stock such a freakin' loser?!?!?

Can anyone please help us understand what's going on????
