RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Moving ahead?L&L,
IMO, all your questions of accountability will be answered when the Mining Ministry issues the Pobrdje & Piskanja exploitation licenses to Balkan Gold, and no sooner.
IMO, that window of opportunity is from Sept 21-Dec 21/24, so the wait continues.
I don't expect the next Town Hall meeting to occur prior to the exploitation licenses being issued, so you will not get your answers until then.
I suspect your matters pertaining to Part 3 will be addressed ie. mine planning & who our Strategic Partners & off-take Agreement holders will become. I base this on TD stating he has completed multiple meetings with companies of interest for our products during the last 2 years in his interviews. Keep in mind Part 3 is not due to the Ministry until Sept 25/25. Has TD ever been late submitting any of the components so far the answer to that question is NO.
The way I see it NONE of the potential Partners will make their move with our projects until we receive the exploitation licenses, as too much risk remains with their comfort level.
Can you blame them after what has gone on with the lithium "Jadar project", on again, off again outcome, and the large demonstrations that have occurred during the last 2 -3 years, I can't!
I realise based on your comments, you have no trust with our Mgmt team but lets face it, they have allot more skin in this investment than you or I, and they are the #1 & #2 Insiders in this project, so take that for what it is worth. Are they going to not meet the remaining deadlines. I highly doubt it!
TD has been invested in our projects for 30 years and I was told from my entry point by him, a mining project from the exploration license through to the exploitation license takes 25 years to achieve.
Once you add on shutdown time of the Balkan war, Piskanja arbitration courtcase, and Covid19 term, it equals about 30 years so we are on track to meet TD's time projection whether we like it or not. At this point in time "Patience is of the Essence". Enjoy the Day.
