Sales absolutely would be in the quarter.. Cash flow however, would not be. It would be sales, and you would see the accounts receivable go up.. Whether they are net cash flow positive from that perspective would be whether they collected more on receivables from prior quarters, vs. how much their receivables increased this quarter. A simplification but gets my point across. Cash flow does matter most, but they should be doing fine on cash since they raised money.. should take a couple months to collect on sales this quarter. (and thus some from early in the quarter should already be collected) 

Also as per your prior post, issuing shares to the public does not affect profitability, aside from issuance costs. It does impact profit per share which does still matter of course.
