RE:RE:Peru / International Investments Peru? Columbia? Ecuador? And so on and so on...they all naturally have sovereign risk but let;s be clear CNE was all about bad, even rotten, management as gamba and his Board increased debt every qtr and who knows where it went as all they were doing was drilling?! Now TAL is quite a different company and 'seems; to be favored by Government as TAL do what they can to emphasise community and indigenous progress. The agitators did not help but at least the Navy responded quickly. The potential for the rivers and drought being perennial problems, and worsening,  does not help either.
Still, they look at and try alternatives and in the last several days hav managed to average 20000 or so bopd.
They manage other production and water problems well from what I see but gee this is a remote part of the Country they operate in....and I am not partial to the way management reward themselves on such a scale no matter how good they regard themselves to be, but c'est la vie.
