truly ridiculous

All I know is that on Wednesday my margin rate went from 5.22% to 4.78% and past 2 weeks REIT yields that I own have went up 0.25%. So effectively a nice 65bp spread for really no reason.

Sure give me 4.78% borrowing to buy SRU with 7.20% yield.

Ridiciulous this SP movements. truly ridiculous
