RE:re eyesYou stated "Mgmt has been pretty clear that order was not from a credible, finacially solvent company, hence my guess that it was Lion".
Why do you keep harping on Lion Electric?
I note that even Pierre-Yves Terrisse went out of his way during that recent interview to point out the current predicament Lion Electric is facing.
Hmm? Perhaps NanoXplore can provide Lion Electric a great deal of money in exchange for that Mirabel battery pack assembly facility, lol!.
I do recall Soroush Nazarpour early on clearly suggesting during a certain interview that Lion Electric was a great Quebec, Canada based company and that Lion Electric representatives were probably looking to purchase battery cells from a China based company to power Lion's two lines of battery packs.
Clearly, what I am "passionate" about is NanoXplore Inc and all that has to do with NanoXplore Inc.
I put my money where my mouth is here with NanoXplore ridethewinners.
Why is it that Soroush Nazarpour has not done the same nor have any other NanoXplore insiders done the same more recently?
Once again, you ignore the very fact being that I challenged you to produce any "credible evidence" supporting your bullpucky assertion being that NanoXplore management at any point stated "that order was not from a credible, finacially solvent company".
Read the very company press release announcing that 10 year 1GWh capacity offtake purchase agreement with "a well-known commercial vehicles OEM".
Again, since it was not specifically disclosed and would have been most intentionally withheld by NanoXplore representatives collectively from all GRA.T shareholders, I suggest what you asserted, my friend, would be considered to be "insider information". Are you a NanoXplore insider ridethewinners?
You stated "A contract from them would not be reliable, and would make it far more difficult to find a partner for the second half of the contract.
Remember, when the contract was announced Lion was not in the mess they are now. "
You do see your contradiction, yes?
Had NanoXplore officers and directors known "that order was not from a credible, finacially solvent company", why would they authorize company representatives to go about negotiating with and ultimately arriving at a deal with Lion Electric specifically"
What's more, Soroush Nazarpour simply would not have allowed such a fiasco for NanoXplore to develop and stand a chance at coming about.
Remmeber that Soroush Nazarpour had clearly stated, within a certain interview early on, that NanoXplore does not release company information by way of press release that is not of the successfully achieved "tangible deliverable" kind and quality.
Why would NanoXplore representatives bother to announce anything at all to do with what you described as "not a credible, finacially solvent company"?
I'll ask again ridethewinners.
Which NanoXplore or VoltaXplore representative told you and made it pretty clear for you that the 1GWh offtake purchase agreement in question "was not from a credible, finacially solvent company" and where, when and in what context was the information in question conveyed for you specifically ridethewinners?
