Govt still has not declared any finality and most believe they are waiting for the team (FEC/CGX) to come up with some plan to finance this moving forward before giving the license back to them. No plan and eventually the removal of license will be permanent. Chicken and egg. How are they going to find a JV if they don't have clear claim to the license vs how can they be granted the license back if they don't have finances booked to do the steps needed? Sucks to be us bagholders.
