RE:RE:Back in Minto & IIP

RE:RE:Back in Minto & IIP

I am buying MI, MPCT (Dream Impact), DIR (Industrial) and maybe IIP.

The last week's weakness has likely been the rising bond yields (temporary IMO) and the 20% reduction in immigration news. Falling REIT prices in general obviously didn't help.

We are in a severe undersupply of homes, with new homes being built very low.

Dream Impact is launching $500M worth of new apartments between 2023 and 2026, and is expected to grow NOI from 15M to 35-37M by 2026. Huge Growth here which will be recognized soon. I posted a large list of research on the MPCT bullboards if interested.

Minto is growing SPNOI through renovations, and same with IIP. The SPNOI growth is very good.

Industrial has been lagging as many feel industrial is tapped out, but DIR is strategically located in urban areas where you can't simply build more industrial.
