RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Moving ahead?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Moving ahead?Fair enough about Jarandol.  While it's against the Serbian Mining Law, Balkan Gold did renew that exploration license. I'll certainly give you that 100%.

Another easy one....I do believe that BONE will be awarded the Piskanja's license - before the end of this year hopefully. I do not see anything holding that back much longer.

As for Pobrdje, I'll quote Tim..."I'd be very disappointed if this issue would not be resolved before Christmas"..The problem is that the Christmas Tim was referring to was 5 or 6 years ago.  So obviously he didn't know back then and I haven't seen any reason to believe that the situation has changed today.  I've hard too many "the check's in the mail" statements from him. In short, I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm suprised that you are raising BONE's 12M USD lawsuit.  It just got lost in the translation - We were never provided an update. It just fizzed out of existence. Similar to happened with Osmose or Investco #3, where TIm stated that we would be the first to know if Investco #3 had changed its mind. He does have the tendency to overpromise or maybe fudge the truth a bit, doesn't he?

As a side note to Jarandol, as per the Serbian mining law,, the holder of an exploration license is bound by law to flesh out an exploration plan, execute it and report back each year to the mining ministry. Based on that, I'm not sure if BONE's exploration license will not lapse in the coming months. But again, this is Serbia and it seems that the law is more a suggestion than an obligation. Anyway, I really don't care about Jarnadol, I don't think it has any value to us shareholders at this time or in the foreable future.  Let them work on Piskanja - That's the prize. Jarandol might be worth a bit if it's bundled with Piskanja in a sale to a major.  15 years to prove a few M tonnes on the 3-square-kilometer Pikanja, how many years would be needed for BONE to scratch the exploration of Jarandol's 32 square kilometers?

I hope that answers your questions. I welcome your questions in fact. Maybe I'm overlooking something important.  I'm open to change my mind if new facts come to light. Keep them coming. Show me wrong.  Nothing I'd like more.
