Ps...I stated more than once that I think the SGNL shares should be worth .095.
My math says 0.0887.
Why the difference? I mentioned that more than once as well.
SGNL is the much riskier bet. That's why the discount. If things don't work out on the merger....
Do they have a signed agreement with Nebari? I'm confident that discussions have been had. But from the releases, that is all there was. Discussions.
I'm often wrong... but it just my guess. A 0.6% royalty on Goldboro is not valued in the market at $6 million US. If that goes through... well great. But I think there is more to it if that happens. And the $4 million US investment by Narobi that they mentioned. That will surprise me too. But there were no details at all provided about the terms of that.
DDD, I like that you always challenge me. And as you have stated at least 30 times in the last couple of years, I give inaccurate data. Sometimes I agree with you and say I made a mistake. Other tmes I don't agree with you. You have never once responded to a question I had about statements that you made, that I felt were inaccurate.
I expect you to respond to my previous post. It is the second time I asked you about your calculations. You try to destroy my credibility for two years and mentioned it 100 times.. I will keep asking you to explain that until you respond in a civil manner. The easiest way is to say... yes, I made a mistake. Sorry. (as I have done several times).
Good luck pal.
