Rest assured, NEXG's Goliath project is also undervalued in relation to its potential, and SGNL shareholders must also take this into account when estimating their consideration. I can't see the Chairman of NEXG presenting the takeover of a mining company that his shareholders know to be in financial difficulty as anything but advantageous!

I'm still digging the documentation available for both companies. The synergy justifying the merger is there for sure but getting only 30% to 35% post-merger is not a lot. I'm going to justify my thoughts soon as I'm waiting for some clarifications about the last financials published by both companies.
