RE:SHORTS AND PIPESYou are 100% correct. I've been saying this for a long time. Just look at TD's recent debacle in the USA. This has been going on for decades and has only gotten worse.
My question has always been "WHEN is someone going to JAIL?"
The taxpayers are always on the hook. Fining the offending company is a complete waste of time.
The shareholders pay.
Meanwhile the sleazy Politicians point at the sky.

They short, but don't MARK their sales as short. Simple!! They have taken over the Canadian
and Ausralian markets. Many believe many are laundering money this way. It will take years
to get this out to the public so they understand. Forget the lawsuits. If the stock goes up.....
eventually they have to cover. That is the only way this will end. Follow the "Save Canadian
Mining" people. They have tried to get this understood.........but the authorities say everything
is on the up and up. GIVE ME A BREAK!!
