RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Gold millsYou can follow that greenstone belt allthe way out to eastern Mnitoba. Sort of ends on the east side of Lake Winnipeg.  My grandfather held several claims in the Rice Lake area and turned them over to my aunt  to take care of them. Without telling anyone, she, on the advice of her lawyer at the time, relenquished ownership. The lawyer's bussy grabbed them up before the day was out. I didn't find out about the swindle until it was too late, almost 20 years too late..............
That happened in the 1970s and it didn't come out until the early 90s ............. I still get steamed when I think of it!!!!
