Buy this one under $12.  


 Everything is fine with this REIT.

 people just love to sell the temporary losers ......

Probably going to take some early tax loss selling...  
 but this one is good for the long-haul everybody loves to panic and sell for no real good reason....

  which is great it gives me the opportunity to buy a solid reit at a good price and I'm happy to do it..
