The Company has entered into an option agreement to acquire approximately 75% of the Salar De Laguna Blanca project (the Laguna Project) located near the town of San Pedro de Atacama, Chile from Lithium Chile Inc. The Laguna Project covers an area of approximately 12,425 hectares. The Company also has an option to acquire approximately 100% interest in the Jemi rare earth element (REE) Project located in Coahuila, Mexico near the Texas, United States of America border. The Jemi Project hosts numerous rare earth element (REE) occurrences in the form of dikes and dikelets. The Company also holds a 2% net smelter return royalty on Summit Nanotech Corporation’s share of any future lithium production from the Salar de Turi Project.

More news coming?!
Otherwise taking too long.
Last news release -OK I guess...may bring some near term revenue.
Has not been good for either NZ or MNRG as of late.
NZ near all time lows---commodity price has been in decline.
2025 may be better.??
Tough call-anything can happen in the current Macro economical enviroment.
