RE:Default status

If B.C. says the f2023 fins are not in default but the MD&A is I suspect Reliq is filing and refilling drafts of the MD&A with B.C. to satisfy deficiencies in disclosure. Recall Powertap example. It filed fins but did not trade for another 6 months because regulators demanded filings be amended.
