 How hard would it be to buy a board that has the potential on deciding a $B in assets? Promiss job? maybe stock options etc.? I don't know, just odd.
BTW I control 1+M shares.

Question also is: "Are the shareholders getting those 20M+ will vote in favor of the deal?" I would guess that will be the case. Also, high retail shareholders ratio has always been pointed out as an issue by management.  I'm pretty sure that the current PP and also the bulk of the market buys could be from the institutional side OR some retails with money/liquidity wanting to trade the story.
