Looked like an easy rip to $9.....but, what do you expect heree? The REIT sector has been toxic for years, the inflation narrative doesnt wanna unwind, the yields wanna keep pushing higher...

and yet again we're getting skunked now heading to $6 is a real reality.

All you can do is be ready to sell the next rally, whenever that is

these reits are just disgusting investments
