AGM vs. BO Announcement Can someone please provide an explanation to the theory that the reason they have not announced an AGM yet is because they are working on a BO (and thus will not announce an AGM)?
I was under the impression that the 2 are mutually exclusive and “business as usual” would mean announcing an AGM? I believe (based on past posts) that the AGM must happen during this calendar year and the announcement must be at least 21 days prior (however they normally give 60 days)? And, in past years they have never waited this long to announce one?
I am also under the impression that if they do not announce a BO and the AGM takes place there will be major uproar.
Was really hoping we saw a PR today!!
