Its Concessions segment include the development, financing, build and operation of construction projects primarily by way of public-private partnership contract structures, as well as integrating the services of all project participants. The Company’s projects include Annacis Water Supply Tunnel, Bell Canada Gigabit Fiber Service, Finch West LRT, and others.

So the Court asked to invalidate the lien found that the contract had been wrongfully terminated for lack of a cure period.

The breach was not identified and no cure period was observed, leading the Court to conclude that the Contract had not been terminated by delivery of the termination notice.
