Curtis, he states that he called them a couple of months ago.
Better than having everyone call in and bother them giving the same information multiple times, maybe even by different contacts, what was the brief outline of information provided to you by GEM? Not an essay, just a couple or few lines.
Of special interest would be the availability of funds in drawdowns, i.e. cash funds: how soon and how much under the 'token subscription agreement', and whether all necessary funds would be available for the closing date. That information is not defined in publicly available information. 
Obviously you and Larry60 differ in your conclusions after talking to them.
