RE:TCF - Where is the Bottom?I was also a believer 2 years ago. I so believed in managements rhetoric and promises. CEO stated, its a no brainer, GAS is there we are not looking for it..its there and we will monetize the reserves. Broken promises, delays, misrepresentation, failures with production waterloads, etc,etc,etc......Massive shareholder dilution with share consolidation, WHEN HE PUBLICALLY STATED, " NO CONSOLIDATION TO OCCUR!!!. Placements were done at a great discount to trading prices and many , many so called debt for share conversion by the man himself CEO (Halleran). Massive PAID PROMOs time after time. NOW LOOK WHERE WE ARE!! Again, some looking for another share consolidation. These VS installs may not even work to expectation or not at all. If they did the first installation, then where are flow results from that. We now learn the 2nd VS install completed.
All and All, this certainly is not on investor radars currently with a share price of .08 cents..Look at their BOTAS pricing alone, every month coming down from its $30/mcf to $10/mcf currently. Very little hope with this company in my opinion. All Hype and promises. Sorry for the losses retail investors had to endure during the last 2-3 years. Im sure the smart money many a fortune, including CEO. Like he said publically , last interview..."Im here to make money and don't plan on taking his shares to his grave" At who's expense ...YES , us, retail investors. Everyone should do their own due diligence. Look for this share price to decline further, may hit .06 or below by year end, tax loss selling continues. Cash on hand running very low, huge debt on balance, huge monthly G&A and no significant revenues to cover these expenses, including debt interest that has to be paid. Management salaries way to generous, especially CEO. Look at last financial filing and the true is revealed. Story with this company, investors are not buying it any longer. Good Luck to all holding..Its your call and your money. Only the facts and truth.
