So you've put 1.6M shares @ $0.065 in your TFSA in 2024?
- 2 things:
(1) 1.6M shares @ 6.5 cents is $104,000. If you've never contributed to a TFSA the maximum you could contribute in 2024 is $95,000. DO you see something wrong with your math here?
(2) This is turn that you had never contributed to a TFSA in your life but instead you've put money in a non-registered account ? Do you see anything wrong with that investment approach ?
- One last quick one, you've been invested here for 17 years and you're going to make a 50% return on the first $s you've invested here ? The fact that you've averaged down doesn't magically changed the time you've been invested...
