HITI acquisition of Queen of Budjust closed in September. (they paid $1 million CDN)
It seems unlikely that 4 weeks later Tikray and HITI negotiated a deal that saw TKRY acquire it - and the deal closed. Of course, Simple Simon overpays - so maybe he paid HITI $10 million for the $1 million it was worth.
