The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Good question yes but equally interesting is WHEN he (and many others) unwind positions here. Not sure what the magic number is on the upside or alternatively what dip and how deep to cut losses. Either way, the sizable shorts no doubt will enable us higher........or much higher. Bottom left to upper right baby!
