Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:DREAM OFFICEIf Artis pulls off that deal... let's say they fund it with proceeds from selling FCR... then sure I will have wished I held Dream Office... but I think that would be amazing for Artis - the acquisition would be incredibly accretive to Artis and DRM. As I said, I rather own the parent. I love the setup for Artis ever since $5.50. Still lots of room to run imho based on valuation dislocation between public and private markets. Still lots of work ahead for Samir and I think he's going to do great at creating value for unitholders and himself.
