Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. RE:RE:RE:SP Predictions On Day Of Receiving Exploitation LicenseHi BB, when the exploitation license is issued, and a royalty agreeement with the Serbian government is finalized, I'd like to think that Bone will update it's Feasabilty study to more accurately reflect current borate and boric acid pricing. Then I hope they disclose what their aticipated discount rate will more accurately be. This should allow for a much more positive cash flow projection and EBITDA calculation. I'm not concerned that this info will influence a potential buyer, as they'll already have completed their due diligence, internal calculations, and formulated what they think is the price they're willing to pay for a JV or complete buy-out. I'm hoping for the latter.
