Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

It's hard to say if we are at or nearing a bottom. I posted awhile back that I would start nibbling again when the 10 year hit 4.5, to which the village idiot said would never happen. Lots of chop and vol still coming. I am reasonably comfortable here but as I have noted numerous times the bond vigilantes are starting to sniff around here and that is something to be wary of.

As for the Bohol run, cool. I'm here for a bit then off to Palawan. Will put a Leo to good use for you! Take care.
