RE:RE:This ain't good- Jeff has clearly stated there is absolutely nothing stopping Sage ranch moving ahead.

- "On Oct. 30, a city spokesperson said the city had no comment on whether it would wait until after the fourth cause of action is resolved before taking any action to revise the EIR for the Sage Ranch project."

The city and Greenbriar can provide 350 (acre-feet) of net adjudicated deeded basin pumping rights and re-approve the WSA (water supply analysis) and EIR. Why is Greenbriar not at the City's front door screaming for the permits to be approved?

Obviously there are reasons which are not being expressed by the company.
