Bernard is talking as if he was still in the mining business in which he failed.
And he has said meany timjes he was very happy to be in the industrial sector because he was /or felt more free because he could say a lot more on the prospects and future of his venture, without the constraints of the market regulators.

So, be warned that the «crooked » market regulators as you call them have an important role to play, nonesty is one of them.
The four legged company often- or from time to time breaks a leg and oops, a month later a new leg is popping out, and,
 OOOOhhh and it has to be financed.
