RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This ain't goodWell, that is very interesting.

If that is the case the following issues occur :

1. Greenbriar only has 76 AF in their possesion.

2. Strasser's 115 AF may be on the block for sale to others.

3. Jeff and Heidi sold their rights to Golden Hills.

4. There are 45AF attached to the Scott Ranch which the Ciachurski's own but have also mortgaged recently. The property was for sale at $3M and then reduced to $2M without selling. Removing the water rights would certainly dramatically reduce any value in the land.

5. This is no formal agreement posted between Paul Morris and Greenbriar that's listed with the company. (unlike Strasser's agreement)
It is also my opinion seeing as Paul Morris now owns the 28 acres north of Sage Ranch the likelyhood those rights are removed from that property is very slim.

6. The Water District has stated they "will not" supply the 49AF needed for irrigation at Sage Ranch.

That leaves 200AF that is needed to be supplied by GRB and 200AF needed to be supplied by the City. (net pumpable AF)

It appears there is 76AF (GRB) + 45AF (Scott Ranch) and if Morris agrees to his 76AF (doubt it) = 197 AF (net pumpable) x 1.33 = 262AF required by GRB.

I think I need some flavouring for my popcorn to watch this play out.
