Silver Storm Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which holds advanced-stage silver projects located in Durango, Mexico. The Company's projects include La Parrilla Project and San Diego Property. The La Parrilla Project is located in Durango State, Mexico, approximately 76 kilometers (km) southeast of Durango's capital and comprises 41 contiguous mining concessions in good standing, covering 69,478 hectares. La Parrilla Project hosts significant in-place infrastructure, including a 2,000 tons per day (tpd) processing facility and five underground mines. La Parrilla Project hosts five underground mines surrounding the mill, including Rosarios, La Rosa, San Jose, Quebradillas and San Marcos, and the Quebradillas open pit. The San Diego Property, which covers 92 hectares, is located 75 km southwest of the city of Torreon, four km ENE of Golden Mineral’s San Juana Mine and 13 km NE of Penoles’ Santa Maria Mine in NE Durango State, Mexico.

I lost the citation, but last week, I heard that Claudia intends not to nationalize mining in a broad sweep of the industry. Instead, she will let mining districts decide whether or not they want to be taken over by the government (assuming the legislature agrees}. Indeed, this does not eliminate country risk but does lessen it. 

I'm holding, watching.
