RE:RE:Historical times

RE:RE:Historical times

Great to hear from others who are motivated to add to their portfolio right now, like I also did.

With significant FCF for the next 1-2 years, I think
multiples objectives can be pursued.

I also think sharebuyback will be no catalyst to the stock price, even if I'd like it for long term potential apprecition once multiples get back to normal.

I also think this will not be a focus for management, they did very well focussing on growth, perhaps they will get more agressive towards other verticals (significant acquisition to set up a growth platform) of the 100years strategic plan! For the moment, this diversification isnt paying off in term of market recognition but one day, I beleive it will since we will stop to pack LNR with MG and MRE.

For sure, no matter where the company is going, it has all it needs to succed: free cash flow, ultra strong balance sheet (even at current levels) and predicable businesses.

Lets hope the multiples can't get lower because at some point, Linda will buy us all at a great discount lol

Fingers crossed for next week and possible importants news no matter what it is.
