Yeah, raining on the pumpers' parade. Shameful to post misleading facts so the best one can do is be aware of who does that and not take anything at face value from them.

SEDI filing shows an acquisition on the direct ownership side and a disposition of the same amount in a numbered company. Basically a private transfer from one account to another.
