Hey Blacky1, we haven't heard from you and Corky's prediction in a while.

1. Buyout will occur on a Wednesday.
2.Announcement after trading hours.
3. After trading halt.
4. Following a big run up.
5. In a month that has exactly 30 days.
6. Calendar date will contain the numeral 7.
7. Buyout price 14-18 $.
