Liability to Asset Ratio is too high at 75%MPCT will contonie to selloff assets to be able to pay almost $30 million in interest on the more than $1.2B liabilities until rental income meets up the cash demands. 

Do your own Due Dilligience. I dont know why the Balance Sheet is not properly reported to show the correct total liabilities. Well, if this is how all developers does it, then it sucks for non sophosticated investors.
