The NPV takes into account the good grades and the current reserves and resources and does not justify such a high price, any more than the FCF forecasts (for 6 years only, the exploration potential being random and hypothetical). I think that Silvercrest's management have sold their project well and that it is much better than CDE's. We can at least hope that they will raise the level of management of the new entity!
