It was posted about three days ago on Richard Vobes channel.The video title is: "New technologies nobody knows about" . It sounds interesting and claims to ensure the non proliferation of AI on the internet. It's a node system only open to living men and women in the proper lawful standing. Interesting concept but it does still seem to require substantiation of validation from a recognized central authority as in the art work validation example. Well thought out though.
