Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I have long mentioned SIB unlikely. I could be wrong here but my guess is you will begin to see a drop off now in the NCIB as well. Manji is going to go back to full on acquisition mode from here, he has all but told you so twice now over last two quarters. As we go higher I assume it is highest and best use of capital in his mind......................hopefully his timing and stock picking (or REIT picking) prowess has improved measurably over earlier missteps.
