RE:RE:RE:RE:Production up Debt downHe is not a shortie. I would say he is in a very long game. He is benefitting from lower stock price as he likely slowly collects more and more at suppressed prices. 

BTW I do not think there are shorters of stock like this. Technically if you short a stock that pays divs the divs will have to come out of your pocket.
