There is no doubt that the credibility of this management is gone. They have very few options available with cash reserves depleting, a partner is an absolute necessiity. The action on the stock is interesting - daily erosion with reasonable volume. We'll soon see if the ATM has been excercised. Hopefully ni. this will be adefinite negative.
