I think there is something here to investigate. The balance sheet shows physical assets that were priced more than the entire debt, so it wouldn't make sense to wipe the entire $10M equity on the balance sheet. (Correct me if I am wrong)

Mark Munford seems to be the largest shareholder. That would be the best person to lead the lawsuit.
