The strong efficacy results from BRACELET-1 provide the foundation for a large Phase 2 study designed to support an accelerated approval. 

You state that they have 2 phase 3 ready . this is not factual according to the company release above .

The rest of your post is way to lenient on the management . They have had plenty of time to put a deal together . They don't deserve the shareholders they have .
