Canada is not Mali, indeed...

But a "friendly" jurisdication can also be corrupt.

And I fear BC is in this respect very friendly at the moment.

I would still like to know what happened at the ministry in connection with the awarding of licenses. 
 
I really hope that Tudor has good lawyers to get to the bottom of it.
